Heath being gone could put us in the SB...

Hopefully a sign that someone in charge values talent over being comfortable with a player

Collins and Heath should not be hard to replace. The other two yes,but if we use high draft picks then even Quinn and Jones can be replaced.

High draft picks like Taco and T Hill? Not automatic and not likely we replace the production of Quinn or Jones and certainly not both this season via the draft. That's a lot to ask of a draft pick in his first year.

I think Mcarthy is the type of coach that will bench a player if that player is not producing. Garrots problem was he stuck with players that were not good. Witten was not real good last season and should not have been the #1 TE. Jarwin is going to end up putting up good numbers in offense

I never viewed either Taco or Hill as impact type players. Their ceilings are likely as backups. Those two draft picks were upsetting especially when Watt fell to us and then we passed. I was thinking WTF too be honest. Then last years draft we got two or three starting safety caliber players on the board with and we draft Hill. Very upsetting

You are likely correct that we dont replace both. It really depends on which players are still on the board. I do think we got a better chance to draft an impact corner than finding a DE as good as Quinn.

So anyone else drooling over the idea of adding Snacks or someone similar to McCoy on the interior of our DL? He would also set us up if we were to run some 3-4. Then the DE opposite of Tank could be a rotation of Crawford (at a pay cut only), Gregory, etc. Would still allow us to go DL early in the draft as those older DTs will need to rotate and DE would be a possible spot to step in and start and certainly rotate in

XSF signs with Cincy. Too bad. I know it doesn't make sense to keep him but he was our best RG the last two years. Let's see what the two kids bring this year.

Other news Chris Harris signed with the Chargers
