Per Archer

The Cowboys placed safety Darian Thompson and defensive tackle Justin Hamilton on the COVID-19 list and neither will play Sunday against the New York Giants. Thompson was not likely to play because of a concussion suffered in last week's win vs. Philadelphia. With Xavier Woods expected to return, the Cowboys should be OK at safety. Thompson and Hamilton are the third player from the active roster the Cowboys have put on the COVID list this year, joining Andy Dalton.

My take away, is Dallas has been very lucky with covid.

I am ok with Thompson being on covid reserve for the next 12 months. Jordan Lewis would be an upgrade

Considering everything involved with this season, couldn’t agree more. It’s wreaked havoc with many teams. The Cowboys haven’t been one of them.

Fuck Philly. They are going nowhere for years. The NFC East was a disappointing joke this year, but Philly is an absolute train wreck.

Gregory absolutely huge last week. I've been starting to watch our LBs on most replays where they show the whole field - I guess I'm a glutton for punishment. Other than Lee on the first play where he runs himself right into a block and out of the play and Jaylon's horrible attempt at coverage on the last play they weren't too bad on these clips. But damn, #94 was disruptive. What a game

Imagine if he saw the light, falling in the draft.

Let's see if the new rules help him going forward. Big difference between him and Irving IMO. I'm not sure Irving will ever get back to where he was. Gregory on the other hand I think has more to give. Aldon Smith kind of fell off big time from where he started. Wonder if it was conditioning or something else. Would be interesting to watch a full season of Tank, Gregory and the that played the first month or so of the season play together for a full year.

The way I understand it, is because he was suspended for using when the rule changed, he's still under the old rule.

If my understanding is wrong, it's really unfair to Gregory.

I thought it was only for the infractions that he was already suspended for at the time of the rule change, not going forward. And he's already back from those

That's what I'm not sure about. I thought if he or Gordon tested positive again they could be suspended, while players not under suspension when the rule changed, could NOT be suspended. Hence Gordon facing another suspension.

Again I might be wrong on if players who were suspended at the time having different rules to follow.

Personally although I'm anti weed, I think it's time for ALL Sports to stop testing for it. Too many states have legalized it, so it's time for pro sports to stop policing it.

Kellen Moore staying on next season. Jerry opened up the bank to keep him and I ain’t mad at that.
Ohh well, we like our guys. Wish he left, but hope he gets better in the red zone.

I like the move.
This is his 1st stint with being OC.
What would be worse is him making his mistakes with us. Learning, then being all pro somewhere else. I am in the boat of liking us keeping him.
