How's the Alabama OL looking these days, college football junkies? :dhd:

Nah, but really, that's an interesting strategy they have up there.

If the o-lines final ranking is in the late teens to low 20's, then progress is finally being made.

So you mus

So you must not agree with the PFF rank of the Denver Corners right?? Or the Cowboy fan and the Cowboy OL rank..
That's what you got out of it??? I think Dallas has the best OL in the league, but I don't need a writer to validate my opinion and I don't care if he listed them 1st, 2nd or 32nd.

Dallas Oline better be that good. One more hit to Romos collarbone and he's going to be crippled for life.
Romo is pretty fragile at this point and my biggest concern is a hit ending his season or even career, but that doesn't make sense. A hit to his collarbone is going to cripple him for life?

Cut? He'll be injured again by week 3. The guy makes Bradford look like an iron man.

Yes but if Pat fans bring it up it's called making excuses. The most by far and Brady still led tge league in TDs thrown while getting sacked a boat load. Glad to have Scar back, he'll keep TB from getting killed this year for all 15 games he plays. 12 regular season and 3 playoff games.
He wasn't sacked a boatload. Brady was sacked 38 times, which was barely over the league average of 37.1

For a QB who gets the ball out snap to throw as quick as Brady- I think it would qualify as a "boatload."
Maybe compared to what he's used to. But it wasn't anything extraordinary for an NFL qb.

My Colts are 16th. Hoping to see them higher for next year.

Over the past decade he usually averages mid 20s for sacks. Career low was 16 and one year early on it was 41. So 38 is a lot. He also threw the ball away quite a bit last year.

Interesting that 2 teams near he bottom are 2 of the best teams in the NFL.

Man Philly had the WORST two guards in the NFL last season. Surprised to see them at 7 even if they did bring in 3 new guards.

Got to give it to Dallas. In the last 5 years the drafted the best LT, the best C and probably the best G.

Maybe, maybe not. After he broke his collarbone the first two times, he opted for no surgery on it and let it heal on its own. This time he finally had surgery so it should help. Surgery has saved the careers of many athletes like Peyton who many thought would never play again and has played with no neck issues since his surgeries. Additionally, Romo has not had any back issues since his multiple back surgeries either, so surgery can help correct problems. In my opinion, Romo should have had surgery after his break last year. Healing at 35 is much different than healing at the age of 29(which is when Romo first broke his collarbone in 2010). I'm more worried about how Romo played in the limited time he played last year than his collarbone. He had 7 interceptions in just 4 games(technically around 12 quarters of play). The only game he didn't throw multiple interceptions was against the Eagles, but he did have a fumble. So basically a turnover in every game he played. Most people note the injury against Carolina, but many forget how terrible Romo played before he was knocked out. That's what concerns me.

Good, honest observation. I didn't know he played poorly in his limited time last year. As much as I hate the Cowboys i like Romo. I think he gets blamed for way too much and has been a great QB. He was fantastic in 2014.
