Since when have RB's not going top 10 anymore? Only 4 times since 1998 has a draft not had a RB drafted in the top ten. I know it's not the 70's or 80's, but RB's get drafted in the top 10 (more so in the top 12) pretty often.

Every year besides 1 a RB has gone in the top 13. That was last year and Ingrim would have if not for the injury concerns.
