Miller easily over Wilson. Wilson is pretty good but he isn't in Millers catagory.

I'm just curious as to what grounds you can make this assertion?

Not sure where you get 'isn't in Miller's category' especially when LM is running behind a pro caliber offensive line

Just from watching them and seeing what Miller did to OSU and VT. He had a bad game against UNC but that is probably a top 5 D in the country while Wilson struggled (20 rushes for 80 yards) against a far inferior opponent who I think was a AA team.

Come on man. I've watched all of both teams games this year. DW had 84 yards in a game. That was the only game this year he didn't run for at least 123. UNC does NOT a top 5 D. They are actually 55th against the run and give up almost 160 a game. LM had 29 yards on 16 carries against them. Just sayin..

This is a silly argument bc both are great backs but you would even be hard pressed to find many U fans who will say LM is 'in a whole different category' or whatever.

I'm just saying I haven't seen Wilson's name in the top 3 rounds of any mock draft so far. Miller is always late 1st early second. Something has to be seperating them doesn't it?

Both are great. They both have ridiculous speed and the ability to take any play to the endzone, and their stats are very similar. One happens to play behind a MUCH bigger OL though. I just have a feeling that you're discounting DW because you probably only saw LM torch Ohio State and that's about as much 'scouting' as OSU fans do.

thanks for the other links though. I haven't followed much draft stuff yet, its still way to early. But I do think that as DW is on pace to break the all time ACC single season rushing record, you will see him higher on these lists as the season progresses.

VTs SoS is 40 right now and Miami's is 16. Those will get much closer as the season goes on considering they are in the same conference..

Wake Forest had only lost 1 game because their QB got injured, Ark. State was very much in their game with Illinois, ECU always plays us hard and that was after they were leading Scar for most of the game, and Miami played us very tough just beat UNC who only had one loss and also crushed Ohio State.

Not the point at all but at least get your facts straight. You cant really argue SoS when the teams are in the same conference and play 8 of the same teams every year.

Lol you can argue with me but you can't argue with the facts that every major draft website has Miller as a late 1st early 2nd and don't have Wilson in the top 3 rounds. It's not just me. I have no bias towards either.

So another fact is the run defenses they have been playing have been WAY better than those of VT. Plus while ARK. ST and Marshalls run defenses are rated decent lets look at the competition they play on a weekly basis.
