Most recent injury reports show no mention of Doctson possibly missing any time. The only key injuries at this time I believe are for Norman & Trent Williams. However you don't really get good injury reports during a bye week.
Guy practiced a full week prior to the KC game. Gruden has a boner for Doctson's missed time last season and to begin preseason this year. Get over it Gruden, because the guy has more physical gifts than any WR on our roster. Any evaluator of football talent can see it. Regardless, quit bashing the guy and jump on the bandwagon now that he is healthy. You may enjoy the ride!

Check the practice report or the team report done by Tandler on the daily bro. I know you obviously think Im being hard on the kid or didnt like the pick. But the history is there, Doctson is usually listed as limited or day to day in practice. And has not taken part in off season programs except to rehab and class work.

You feel how you feel. I don't understand it or what it leads to, but it is what it is I guess.

It was Casserly who made that pt. in the link that I provided in my response. He was dead on w/ his analysis - Kelley should have had an easy TD - hopefully he learns from this & doesn't make the same mistake again.

Similar pt for the play Casserly noted about Kerrigan. He bull rushed his way up the middle (which sometimes results in success) & effectively took himself out of the play & allowed Alex Smith to extend the play & make a key big gain & 1st down. Defensive players are going to have to be more disciplined (& they have been for the most part this season).

Yeah, he was right about all three plays he highlighted though I was and still am OK that Cuz went to Doctson. Going to Reed though would've been a safer, higher probability of success move, but..............

Yeah, RK wasn't alone in being undisciplined on that play. I get that Smith had done some big things running the rock that night, but it was like every Skins DB said fuck my man or area, even those 15+ yards downfield.

What's important now though is everyone hopefully learning from their mistakes. Kelley, the defensive players, others.

Antonio Brown was flipping over Gatorade coolers last game because Ben missed him when he was open. QBs make pre-snap reads all the time, every one of them. They may never get to the pass catcher that is open. So no, KC didn't really miss Reed because he saw a match up he liked and delivered a perfect pass.

Reed did end up being open, but KC was reading the lone deep safety. IF you watch the film, that safety did take steps toward reed's side of the field so it is understandable that KC felt Reed could have been covered over the top. And if that safety heads toward Reed, then Doctson is one on one on the other side. Thus, KC made a good read. And he made an excellent pass. Doctson also make a really athletic play he just couldn't keep it in his hands once he hit the ground. It would have been a great catch, but he should have made it. My bet is that he makes more of those catches than he drops going forward. He just has to stay healthy. Keep feeding him and I think we will be rewarded down the road.

I have zero problem with what Kirk did on that play. Since last year, well, since 2015 really. I've been callling on Kirk to stand up and make big boy plays in big boy moments. That pass to Doctson most certainly qualifies. Kirk gave the Skins the opportunity, like literally put in a spot where Doctson could get 2 solid hands on it and maybe feel that W for a hot second. IMO Doctson has the goods. I don't know what's going on at practice, but this 8 plays, 12 plays a game bullshit needs to stop. Hopefully, He, Reed and JC all come out of the bye at or near 100%. I'm OK with the Pryor Project as we all know how raw and inexperience he is at WR. But leading the team in targets is a little too much project for me.

Is Mack Brown hurt, I don't think so, and if he isn't. WTF isn't he playing?

Kirk threw a funky ass 8 passes in the 2nd half and one of them was what started the lateral play so really 7 passes. He was money on every one except his long ball to Grant which was what 2, 3 yards too far..

Doctson dropped a TD he had in his hands and to be fair I think its kinda bullshit saying that was a drop, but he did get both hands on it and secured it to his body so drop it is.

Kelley picked the worst possible time to wrong way run on what was a walk in TD. SJ, said fuck it or so it seems and went all Matt Jones at a terrible time.

And our defense seems like its taken it upon itself to prove to us all that it hasn't meant a 3rd dn it couldn't fuck off all to hell.
