Crack? This is a good guess. Lots of energy but not a lot of focus. Lots of ADHD going on out there.

Pot? Meh, they move a bit slow to be on pot but the reaction time is about the same.

Cocaine? Lots of strength but they're paranoid about getting hurt while making a tackle, I guess.

Meth? Maybe they're tweaking about grass blades or something. There's NO excuse for that last drive.
