So we're just going to act like the Saints are not the 2nd hottest team?

Just kidding but after the 0-2 start, I don't think anyone saw 4-2. I think most would have agreed on 1-5 or 2-4 TBH

After the 1st two games...it didn't look pretty, but I thought they would go.

@ MIN...L
NE...L
@CAR...L
@MIA...W
DET...W
@GB...W...(w/o Rodgers of course)

So far @ CAR and @ GB are quality wins (yeah even with Hundley...GB is a tough place to win period)...I still don't know what MIA is and DET will probably end up on that 9-7 train again.

Yep & MIA game was @ neutral site & Cutler hardly showed up that day. The Panthers game included Newton acting like his true self while compiling an impressive QBR of 7 w/ 0 TDs & 3 picks. I wish them the best but don't assume that the rest of the schedule will be that easy.

I hear soft Larry Warford will miss several weeks with an injury.

The light on that CAR win is growing dimmer, CAR, well actually the CAR OFC looked terrible yesterday...the DEF gave up 3 points and they were never in the game.

Living in ATL, you're supposed to hate the Saints, so I don't care much for the Saints but I've always liked watching Brees work.

It actually is for the most part.

They have 10 games left.

5 are divisional games (2 vs TB, 2 VS ATL, and 1 VS CAR)
2 vs AFC East (AT BUFF, VS NYJ)
3 other NFC games (Home to Washington and Chicago. Away to LA Rams)

Based on that schedule alone, they should finish with 10 wins at least. Possibly 11.

Thoughts?

You dont want respect as this year in the NFL as soon as you get some then you lose just stay under the radar

You do have a point there. The year the Saints won the SB, they were under the radar for at least the first 8 games

Cancel the rest of the season and put New Orleans in the playoffs?

Saints got real lucky to play the Packers without Rodgers
No way man. The Saints are the 2nd hottest team in the NFC right now and we all need to bow down and acknowledge the greatness...

Saints do look good. The RB game is off the chain too. Kamara looking like a player. When you can run the ball and have a QB like Brees youre in good shape. Lattimore was a fantastic pick up.
