If they aren’t going to allow you to pick your own staff I would pass. That job is hard enough as it is. You’ve got to recruit junior colleges like mad and you can’t make too many mistakes in who you take.

I think the first time I went there was late 1990s maybe? Not sure how long it had been there prior. Glad to see it's still there. Been a few years. Give it a go next time you're in Ames!

I just remember it was against UT and they came out with a bunch of silhouetted products with him on it afterwards. What a doofus. He was 2-0 against two top 10 Texas teams though. How the fuck did that happen?
