One of guys I work with is from there and knows some people connected to program and has been telling me for weeks that Synder is really fucking up program and his legacy lately with holding program hostage to get what he wants. He wanted his son to be coach but nobody else wants him.

I can confirm this.
Also, doesn't help that Bill has not gotten along with the last two ADs.
