San Francisco 49ers defensive lineman Ray McDonald was arrested early Sunday and charged with one count of felony domestic violence after an incident at his San Jose home.

Sal Castaneda of KTVU-TV received confirmation from the San Jose Police Department, which indicated other 49ers players were at McDonald's home to celebrate his upcoming birthday at the time of his arrest.


It's being reported she's pregnant as well.

Actually that is incorrect I believe. As the rule states they will be suspended regardless of conviction.

There is a process, like gathering facts before execution. Goodell in the past usually waits till the facts are out before handing out suspensions, and that quite often happens in court proceedings. Yes he can be suspended without conviction but do expect a delay

I believe he may be legally restricted from leaving the state of California right now as well. Which means even if the team or NFL doesn't suspend him, he may not be able to travel for the @ Dallas game anyway.

They were giving up more yardage than I would like to see but when they needed to they made the play even with two starting CB's leaving the game to injury. The important thing is a 1-0 start.

The 49ers made so good plays but Romo was forcing things for sure, but with everything that has happened I thought they played the Cowboys offense pretty well.
