Thank you for the very kind words. However, I should point out that the one you and other Skins fans owe "Big Time" is that buffoon of a coach named Mike Shannahon and the grounds crew that (/sarcasm) maintains the field. I was very surprised that the cities fan base didn't get the pitchforks and torches and storm the team's head quarters.

I hope RGIII has a great season as well.

Not sure why that happened. I stuck up for you ( can't believe I did that! ) I didn't see you posting anything that labeled you a troll or that was out of line. Maybe one of the older posters will do a smack -talk thread on the 9ers' board. I don't think I would qualify....not here long enough.

dark, you and about 5 of your fellow fans stood up for me. I think I wrote 3 total posts. The mod took whatever patterson and beaker said as truth. I asked the mod for a clarification in a post to him which I have a copy of. He stated on your board that I demanded a clarification and banned me. Somehow that whole thread got erased. I thought that was interesting.
I believe a mod should be impartial and if a poster trolls in an out of line fashion, then swing the axe.

I did appreciate many of you coming to my defense.

Many of the ESPN 49er troll reside there, have have been restricted off this board, so they want to get pay back by getting Seahawks fans banned. I made one post, one..inviting 49ers to join a thread on the Seahawks board..it got reported as a troll post and worst a troll post from a SportsHoopla mod The passion between our boards is high and I see the same thing on the Redskins/Cowboys boards. Some time you just got to understand that any post from a opponent just sets off a explosion of emotions. Happens here from time to time.

I enjoy civil football discussion but I like the idea of a 'penal colony' thread like this one to cut loose on each other!

I gave that some thought because that question was put to me by Golden and my thoughts on that matter is that those that decided to ignore the smack talk thread in favor of trolling regular threads should not be rewarded by letting them still post on the smack talk thread. If they were allowed, I suspect they would use it to launch personal attacks ( especially against me since I got them restricted, but also anyone they feel contributed to their demise ) hard core trolls are just not to trusted.

Just in case anyone is wondering, I've only had three posters restricted off this board . They are as follow:

XJuice aka Juice
Ibangedlolojones aka Joe or little joey as I know him as.
breaker99 aka SuperLOL

All three of these trolls are infamous on ESPN Seahawk board for their relentless trolling. I didn't get them banned just restricted from the Seahawk board.

The only poster I have gotten banned outright is one that first handle here is SSH Fan who seems to be a Card fan judging from his obscene jokes about Seahawks that included reference to Arizona red in many of them. This fellow keeps coming back time after time with a changed IP and new handle. Fortunately his posting style is so rude he's easy to spot. I have no idea where this twisted troll comes from, but he makes the ESPN trolls look like a treat.

You're right. I love the idea of a thread (this one) where we can have at each other for laughs but a troll's a troll. Quality smack talk requires a certain level of creativity and finesse. I can see the fun draining out real quick if we allow the bottom of the barrel to join in.
