Too bad the Seahawks didn't allow any "garbage Time" TD's in the Buffalo, AZ, SF games in that 150-30 stretch.

Oh my bad, they did allow one garbage time TD to the whiners, otherwise 150-23.

We don't want those garbage time TD's affecting the stats.

I saw a twit by a whiner fan today, Kaep perfect 4-4, how did Wilson do? llloooooool.

Is it just me or does everyone think this guy doesn't understand that point-differential does not matter in the NFL. I don't care if you go 10,000-0. The fact is, you lost when it really counts. That's the only stat that should matter. And until the Hawks prove differently in January, they have to stomach the fact that 49ers are NFC champs and the Hawks, like so many forgotten teams, lost in the divisional round.

...ok tool...

What's the one thing that trumps stats everytime? Oh yeah...wins and losses. We had more wins and less losses than you, so we are a better team.

1. dre's butt buddy, guess what? More delusions? Both the Hawks & Whiners had 11 wins! In my book, that is the SAME amount. See, if the whiners had 12 W's, then they'd have more wins. :laugh3:

2. If the Whiners had the #1 scoring D, then they would have the best defense. Unfortunately for you, they didn't and thus, are NOT the #1 NFL defense.... :L

3. Are you starting to catch on to your stupidity? It's quite apparent. Here come the cuss words since that's all NU hicks know for retaliation!!

...I try not to read too much into preseason games because they don't mean shit. All I know is our 1's looked really good against a team that went 13-3 and is the odds on favorite to win the AFC. Your 1's looked like shit against a team that will struggle to go .500.

Our "shitty" secondary looked good against a 1st ballot hall of famer. Phillip fuckin' Rivers marched down the field against the "Greatest Secondary Ever in the History of Football in the Entire Universe" Just a couple observations....

You try not to read too much into pre-season games but then you talk about how good your secondary looked on 4 passes?

:laugh3: Manning throws 4 passes, completes 2 and you say you looked good against a 1st ballot HOFer? In a pre-season game? Get out those :cheer2: and a treat for dre21, suhs! :bj:

While the ultimate stamp in the NFL history books is to hoist a Lombardi, obviously, the Hawks will not go down as a forgotten team.

When another team can put up 50 points in a game and going into the next game it will be compared to the Hawks. It's been what, 50 years since a squad laid back to back 50 spots in the NFL and were going for a 3rd when PC called off the dogs vs whi9ers.

The point differential in those 2 games goes back to the 50's.

We can all agree that the ultimate prize is the Lombardi but it's not a Hawk team that will be forgotten.

So glad my team doesn't have players with questionable character, players who take PEDS, players who are arrested for DUI, players who get suspended for breaking team curfews...

Do you bowl on Tuesday nights and play bocci ball on Saturdays?

I'll take some curfew breaking guys with questionable character on my team all day and twice on Sunday.

Are you saying you've never in your life had a .08 alcohol level and been behind the wheel of a car? Gone out for a few that turned from a .05 to a .15? I'll go out with Beast mode for a new
grill and some shots of Jack in Oakland. All day and twice on Saturday night.

What are you some kind of choir boy? :lame:

So your glad your team doesn't have players with questionable character? Then how do you explain two player suspended for violating the substance policy in 2013? I talking about Isaiah Pead and Rokevious Watkins, who both were suspended.

I thought adding the last part: "players who get suspended for breaking team curfews..." would have given away the self-depreciating sarcastic nature of the comment. Oh well!

Trust me, if the Hawks fade this year and years going forward the only people who will remember those 50 point wins will be die hard Hawk fans. Now I will say, if the Hawks continue to throw up 50 point victories in the regular season and lose in the divisional round they will be remembered. However they will be remembered in the same company as the Buffalo Bills, Minnesota Vikings and all the other teams who could not win the big game. If that gives you satisfaction, more power too ya.

Funny how this "Hawk team that will (not) be forgotten" couldn't even get to the NFC Championship game that year because their defense choked at the end. But that's just typical when you're the fan of a team that has no history and no championships.

Sounds like a broken record that keeps skipping back to the same line.:blabla:

True though isn't it? For all the blather about 50 pts in two games or whatever, you guys didn't even make it to the game before the super bowl.

Same broken record. Choking in the Superbowl has got to sting....right? The Seahawks were 7-9 the year before so we feel good about last year and look forward to kicking some more 49er ass.

San Fran absolutely dominated Green Bay last time we played. They addressed their running game, but does that matter against a team you can't run against? I'm guessing they will so focused on Kaep's running ability that he will have a big day through the air. GB's a good team but I have no doubt we will handle them pretty easily. Any person that assumes a win against San Fran is delirious. Week 16 last year was an ass beating for sure. I can assure you all that week 2 will be a MUCH, MUCH more competitive game, and there is a very good chance you folks will be crushed by the outcome.

I don't assume anything, just pointing out that humiliating a team on nation tv ending there season the way you ended GB leaves a bad taste in there mouth. You Niners fans can't wait for the match up in week 2 so bad because of how that game panned out, just imagine what the Packers and there fans must be thinking. I do think the Niners win, but it won't be easy as you think. I do think our teams week 2 match up will be close but but not in the Niners favor.

3-5 is getting the road monkey off your back? Low expectations out of the Northwest.

If Hawks learned anything from the Chicago game, then they'll be better then 3-5 on the road this year.

The Super Bowl hurts, no question, but we got there. And at every point in the playoffs, most of the Seattle sports media gave us no chance to beat Green Bay, then gave us no chance to beat Atlanta, and they all said Kaepernick was too inexperienced and would make mistakes. Even Seattle's butt boy, John Clayton, was saying those things and they were proven wrong. That part was great.

Where are you getting that? The only time I even think of week 2 is when SEA fans bring it up. One game at a time and GB is a formidable opponent. I hope your team has as much of a hard on for the Niners as SEA fans do so we can watch SEA choke away a winnable away game vs. CAR.
