He's the guy who replaced Andrew Luck at Stanford - a pretty much no-win situation. Scouts don't seem to like anything about him in terms of mechanics - windup is too long, doesn't set his feet right, has poor accuract (despite having a good completion percentage), lacks arm strength, panics at pass rushes, but they say one pretty good thing about him - they call him a winner. It definitely helps that he played in a pro style offense - particularly the west coast offense - and has good size.

How do we lose here ? Hogan is young , has actually taken meaningful NFL snaps and at the cost of swapping a few spaces in round 6 ? Certainly worth taking a flier on even if he is cut
