Yup, that's what it's all about. As of right now most of these guys are just good high school players, it's up to the coaching staff to make them good college players and get them ready for the NFL en sech.

I feel like that wouldn't be that hard to convince them depending on what kind of people they are. Would you rather go to Bama and play a year, be a title contender every year, and just be one of 1,000 people to win a championship this decade. Or would you rather go to Ole Miss with a ton of other talented high school players and build your own legacy? Hugh Freeze has turned around both schools he has been at, it probably isnt difficult for him to convince them that with the top players in the country they can be title contenders and remembered for it.
