One major observation I have made: There has been a huge power shift in Texas football.

Texas A&M is now the premier program in that state. TAMU clearly commands the most respect in the state of Texas and when you look at their respective classes it's not even really close.

They play in a much better conference, they have a heisman winner at QB and they just put together a top 5 recruiting class.

uh no.......a&m will never be the premier team in texas

they had room to sign a lot of players (graduation/nfl) 16 seniors and 16 juniors on scholly last year......texas has a small class this year but it is a quality class

i see tamu rated around 8/10 with 31/34 players signed(17 of them 3 star recruits)

also last i saw the top recruit for the aggies said he wasnt signing today......dont know what it means for sure but kinda weird when he says he isnt signing on signing day

While I like listening to all the recruiting stuff, I really don't like how most of these sites rate players. My main issue is that if a lot of schools are looking at a kid he must be good. This is not true and fucks up a lot of the ratings.
