Should rookies have someone go to jail for them as a fall guy?

I don't think so. Someone needs to face their own consequences.

And I don't think it will be THAT easy to get the fall guy out of jail, depending on the circumstance.

And I don't think most people would want a liability on their record that they didn't really do.
