Smith is always just as likely to give you 175yds 1 TD as he is 300yds and 3 TDs since Reid will ride those RBs.
Good in a pinch if you are dealing with injuries/bye, but I wouldn't want to rely on Smith as my every week starter.
High floor, low ceiling.

Schedule is one thing, but dropping Rivers for Smith is kind of like dropping a $20 bill so you can pick up a quarter. I would either play matchups between Rivers and Stafford, or drop/ trade Stafford.

This. Smith is a glorified game manager, Rivers can play but his team around him sucks.

You put Rivers on the Chiefs with Reid at the helm and they'd make the SB. They just wouldn't win it.
