Team #3 I remember when people were saying we didn't need to draft a QB (Palmer) because Jon Kitna was good enough and we had holes at other positions.

Team #3 Kitna had back-to-back 4K passing yard seasons in 2006-2007 for the Lions. His best year was with Cincy when he went for 26TD's, 15 INT, 62.3% comp% and an 87.4 rating. He also has more career passing yards than: Stabler, George, Bradshaw, Theismann, Stauback, Gannon, Jaworski, Namath.... Not a bad career for a guy that many didn't expect to do anything in the NFL.
