I mentioned the change in mindset on the team this year. I love it. The team expects to succeed now instead of hoping they succeed.

All teams that made it to the post season last year have to believe they can win it all. Out of those 12 teams anything less than a SB "birth" would be a failed season. Teams like Dallas, Det, Tampa who are on the cusp; just want to make the playoffs for a successful season.
