Finally, Kansas going down for cheating
From what I see Pearl isn't involved. In all these cases it was assistant coaches that went rogue and were trying to cut side deals to make money for "commissions".
If the head coaches weren't involved and this was going under the table (as it appears to be) then the head coaches are clean. The dirty assistants should be gone, there are going to players ruled ineligible and more than likely sanctions for the schools.
If the schools lawyer up and throw the assistants to the dogs they shouldn't get hurt too bad. There hasn't been anything published about the players actually taking money which I'm going to be interested to see if that happens because these were "fake" agencies setup by the govt in a sting. If the players were paid we will know because that will have to come out.
This is a very different deal than anything we have seen before.
Sounds like FBI's investigation is still ongoing. No doubt many of these assistant will flip in fear of prison timeDidnt the NCAA recently say that head coaches were responsible for the actions of their assistants?
You really think Pitino didn't know someone paid $100k for Bowen? I find that damn tough to believe. From what I see Pearl isn't involved. In all these cases it was assistant coaches that went rogue and were trying to cut side deals to make money for "commissions".

All of the head coaches at these programs listed could be in serious jeopardy of losing their jobs. Which would be the following:
Bruce Pearl(Auburn)
Rick Pitino(Louisville)
Sean Miller(Arizona)
Andy Enfield(USC)
Mike Boynton(Oklahoma State)
Jim Larranaga(Miami)
3 of these teams had FF aspirations this year(UL, Zona, USC) and another was considered a sure fire top 20 team(Miami).
This isn't the first time.Something tells me Rick Pitino is screwed
His job isn't in jeopardy, but its probable that Evans' actions were under Brad Underwood. Underwood is now @ Illinois.

Ignore that post @ericd7633
Evans is being investigated for his actions while he was an assistant at South Carolina.
Thanks, i had no idea uconn was ranked in the 50s.
I'm glad this starts to shed the lies that Duke was nothing before K. Duke had been a strong program before.
Duke wasn't the Duke of today by any stretch but they did play for a National Championship in '78 and a Final Four (I believe) in the 60's as well.
Auburn is UnderArmorThey only got behind the curtains with Adidas and Adidas schools.
Everyone with an ounce of common sense knows those weren't the only schools/companies/coaches doing this, just tge only obes caught today.
They are if they are acting on behalf of the school. These guys were putting money in their pocket and exploiting the schools' players.Didnt the NCAA recently say that head coaches were responsible for the actions of their assistants?
And now we know how Arizona shot to the top in the recruiting world. All of the head coaches at these programs listed could be in serious jeopardy of losing their jobs. Which would be the following:
