lol @ mr pockets

You know the drill - the winner gets the W and the loser complains about missed calls every time. There is always missed calls on both sides. Want to discuss them, get a score board and be objective on the missed calls. Sorry, but the Warriors is just not experienced enough to get it done - they live by the three point shot just a bit too much.

I think most teams rely on the jumpshots. When the dubs have 2 of the best shooters in the league I have no problem with it.

From Elias:

Blake Griffin scored 32 points, DeAndre Jordan pulled down 22 rebounds, and Chris Paul provided 10 assists in the Clippers' 98-96 win over the Warriors in Oakland. It marked the first regulation-length NBA playoff game in nearly 24 years in which one player scored 30-or-more points while a teammate collected 20-or-more rebounds and yet another teammate was credited with 10-or-more assists.

The last trio to pull that 30-20-10 act? The Knicks' Patrick Ewing (45 points), Charles Oakley (20 rebounds) and Maurice Cheeks (12 assists) in a second-round victory over the Pistons on May 12, 1990. (Current Warriors head coach Mark Jackson had a close-up view of that Knicks' victory; he played six minutes for New York in that game.)

I think the year Dallas won was the only time I have ever seen that won strictly with their 3 point shooting, lazy defense, little penetration and etc. You just don't see teams winning with that strategy much. Normally it's a few critically place 3 point shots

Heat of the last 2 years don't have a post up big man. Warriors are not a bad defensive team. With bogut they were the best west defensive team per 100 possessions. They didn't win games on 3pt shooting during the season. They won on there defense

I expect that he is now getting worried about a change in the head coach job next week if they lose:lol:

Firing MJ would be stupid. You haven't built him a contender but you're going to fire him for what?

He's an average coach. This team is a 55 win team with the talent they have. Those are the rumors going around though

They won't win 50 games next yr with this roster if they fire him.

This team is nothing special. Until they change the roster around they will constantly be between a 5 and 7 seed and their season will be consider a success if they win a series in the playoffs.

I don't think you have been paying attention. Yes they will win 50 games easily. Get a bench it's more games.

Curry is going to be a 1st 2nd team all nba, bogut was a 3rd all nba, lee was a 3rd all nba, iguodala should be on the 2nd or 1st all defensive, bogut should be right there on the all defensive team, thompson is growing into a really good 2 way player. I think this team is pretty talented. Maybe need to replace lee with a great powers forward instead of a good one

And Mark Jackson is the GM now? If the lack of the bench is the issue, shouldn't the GM be fired instead of the coach. It's not his fault that they lose Jack & Landry and never replaced them? Tony Douglas & Marreese Speights? Yeah let's blame Jackson for the GM being a dumb fuck

This team needs Curry/Klay to shoot well nightly to stand a chance against decent teams. The other perimeter options are awful on offense. Yes Iggy is a good defender but good luck getting 13 points out of him nightly

It's a flawed roster I know. They don't have enough offense. They need another star like klove with curry for this to be a championship team.

Yeah they have a nice bench now with Blake, Barnes and draymond. Draymond is there best bench player right now
