So there is no penalty at all for being a fake fan. How much does the cat cost to maintain that you win as a real fan?

It would depend on whether or not you won an indoor cat or an outdoor cat.

If it's an indoor cat, you have to buy food, cat litter and cat toys. These can become expensive, especially when your wife, the cat lover, goes to the pet store.

If it's an outdoor cat, you maybe have to buy some food to leave outside the door. Outside cats are much cheaper.

I know this because my wife has 2 cats that are inside and there's some other cat that keeps hanging around outside because she feeds it.
