The easy answer is that he is shooting 91% from 2p?
He averages 1.58 points per shot...last I knew which was tied with KD.
@38% from 3p that is averaging 1.14 points per shot. That is considerably lower than his 1.58 points. I would have to check it with his long 2s to see which is a worse shot.

I think they can only review if it's called a flagrant initially. Since it was called as a common foul, they can't review it. It's crap, but I'm pretty sure that's the rule.
