Dodgers batters will pick up the intensity with men on base in the playoffs. I just feel it will go that way. Bases loaded will be a good thing then.

I don't subscribe to that school of thought, like it's a "switch" teams turn on for the playoffs. Last year, the Dodgers were the hottest team in baseball for a stretch, an unprecedented run. They took their foot off the gas in September, playing sub mediocre baseball leading into the playoffs. While they defeated an extremely mediocre, inferior Braves team the Dodgers were overmatched once they faced the improved pitching of the Cardinals. They averaged 2.16 runs per game in the series and were shut out twice in six games.

The Giants are playing the best baseball as of now. They swept the Brewers at home (the Brewers recently swept the Dodgers in LA) and are handling the Colorado Rockies quite well. The Giants are drilling all pitching right now. That's they kind of baseball you need to be playing leading into the playoffs.

A little day baseball, Gentlemen... Dodgers not doing much early, but Frias pitching out of any early jam. If we can get a strong six outta him, that would be cool.

Beckett appears done for the year (I expected that). Dee has walked 3 times since the All Start break. Puig is a giant mess. Han Ram has yet to do much. Need these bats to wake up.

I think Han Ram shows moments of brilliance at the plate. Last year he was one of the best hitters in the league. But if he is constantly going in and out of the DL only to have him return and struggle until his next injury? No thanks.

Dodgers will turn it up in the playoffs. I'm hoping for that. Not that I don't want them to turn it up now but. Dodgers not having good at bats pretty much right now. When Uribe came up with the bases loaded and game on the line he had one of his worst at bats for the season. He was way too impatient. Swing at the first two way outside then swing at a ball way inside. He could of walked in a run. What is this bases loaded failures all year crap! Can't come back after the 7th inning. This is the highest paid team ever and you are the worst in the league with bases loaded and not being able to come back ever from the 7th inning on. What!
