I can't think of a situation when i would possibly be a Ducks fan.
maybe if they are playing spoiler (i.e. already eliminated) and have a chance to stop Chicago from reaching the 8th spot. even then, it would be tough to do.

Aww do Little Joe & Marleau have nightmares about Getzlaf & Perry? Me think so.
Not as many nightmares as I have about hockey fans with 8 favorite teams.....
Besides, Thornton destroyed Getz.....now Pronger and Niedermeyer.....they probably give Joe and Parrty nightmares, lol (along with any other team the Sharks face in the playoffs).

I have two.
When I was a little kid I became an Isles fan living in So Cal. I didn't know much about hockey, but my family were all Flyers fans so I decided to root against them. Once I saw what Mike Bossy could do my decision was made.
I was never a Kings fan. The Ducks came to town & I've followed them as well ever since.

I hope so. They're a little thin up front this year, but they're much better on defense. They have 3 legit pairings on the backend which hasn't happened.....maybe ever for them.

The above is as good of defense as they've ever had. As long as Niemo doesn't implode, they have a chance. After their top 6 forwards though, it gets pretty thin as far as putting the puck in the net.
* - I have a feeling that Coyle is going to be a heck of a player though for Minny.
