Seems Like Tony McDaniel Has Been Very Solid This Year

I I had no idea how well he would replace Alan Branch but it seems like he has acquitted himself pretty well. McDaniel has 2 sacks this year, which is pretty good for an interior D-lineman. He has been outstanding imo,i have been watching the Line real close this year and he was very close to getting of at least two or more sacks.

Plus he has been in on some big plays,maybe he was not the guy that started it but he sure helped alot.

I forget where i read it two weeks ago but our pressure on QB's is up a lot compared to last year and remember Both Irvin and Avril missed games.

I even think Wright is playing better this year,thing is having this much talent creates opportunity's on so many plays,our front four when healthy can push many lines back and i am LOVIN IT!

Pete Carroll and John Schneider seem to have a knack for making moves that turn out surprisingly well, such as moving Red Bryant to DE; trading for Clemons, who was largely unknown at the time; and most recently signing McDaniel as a free agent.

Also really the work Clinton McDonald has done as well. We were super fortunate nobody signed him when we first cut him. Its been nice that our front 4 has been able to generate decent pressure.

The interior pass rush has been so much better this year in general.
