In most leagues the good guys get beer in the penalty box. The NHL is an exception.

Yep it is a shame he got hurt and really want to see him do well.

This has been the rub on him when in Pittsburgh was disappearing in the playoffs and even going a full calendar year between goals that was covered 40+ games. Granted there are additional circumstances as to why it took a year but still.

I mean just watching it... I thought the Avs dominated the game... it was fairly clear to me. Seattle got one super lucky goal... but the Avs were keeping Seattle on the defense the whole time.

Sometimes the puck falls your way... but I don't see how the NHL had anything to do with this... If you replayed this game Colorado is winning the majority of the games.

Oh I agree they deserved it and fought hard.

I just thought the Avs looked a bit better than the Kraken in game 7. Grubauer played his ass off, and was just saying we got lucky on one of those goals.

This is gonna be a tough series to predict.

Yeah, we put on a show against Colorado, mostly with Gru in the net, but we still need more offensive output from his Minions...
(yes, I realize how bad that joke is, but it works!)
Whether we see McCann back soon, or even hear how Burakovsky's doing, everyone's trying to step up in their absence, which is what you want to see from every team that loses someone to injury. Just that not many teams know how, but being as evenly-distributed with our scoring as we are, might see some more goals once in a while...if we can just get past Oettinger.

Yes, the Otter. THAT will be the challenge.

This could shape up to be a tight series if in the Kraken's favor, or a cakewalk in the Stars'. Yep, I'm looking at it in BOTH directions just to play it safe.
