Duchene went in on his own, but Makar kept him there and pushed him further. Then Makar pushed him away and Georgiev looked the wrong way because his stick was between them.

Hope whoever made that call on review gets raked over the coals. There wasn't any gray area on that. Outside the crease, Maker causes all contact, of which there was barely anyway. It's one of the easiest calls you'd ever want to have to decide.

Duchene wasn't in the blue paint though until he got pushed into Georgiev by Makar. A forward is entitled to take up that position. The war room totally botched the call because they don't want to make the refs look bad (too late for that).
