Seattle's Super Bowl Parade

Police estimate over 700,000 people in the streets and both Safeco field and Century link field are full on top of that.

Parade got off to a late start due to traffic and the players are nearly to the Clink for their ceremony.

In a city that lists its population at a little over 600k, this is an incredible sight. Over 500 teachers and 13,000 students called in sick in the city as well.

Unbelievable scene in the city right now.

That actually looks like a crap load of fun. I'm pretty jealous of the blue skies in some of the pictures because I don't think I've seen the sky in over a month. Lol, I was surprised that it was only 32 degrees because the pictures made it look warm compared to what I've been looking up at lately.

I was out there and it was freezing. My phone said 28 degrees but there was a slight breeze so it felt a lot colder. Was a beautiful, but cold day. I had an amazing time.

I couldn't go but yeah looked like fun for all there,it was in the 20's with windchill and downtown there is always gusts in between the buildings but it seemed pretty mild today.

I was able to catch some of it on the TV while doing some work here and there i have a sibling that recorded the main part for me so i am all good.

I just got home from the event at The Clink. Quite an experience. Did freeze my ass off.

Incredible experience. Getting home was a nightmare since we took the bus down, but luckily I had some friends down south of the stadiums. All I had to do was walk from Westlake Plaza lol

Oh, the pain..... Super Bowls generate such joy for some, while ass-ripping others. I congratulate Seahawks fans for their victory. Aaarrgh.....it sucks to be the Super Bowl losers.

Having said all of that.....we'll be back! No team looks forward more to the next season than the team that lost the Super Bowl!
