I dont know if I would want to play the WFT and their ridiculous dline in the playoffs, if I could avoid it.

That isnt to say that the WFT is poised to even make the playoffs, or is a good team anyway, but if they make the playoffs, and especially if they put on a good show on Sunday vs your Seahawks, I wouldnt be so quick to drink the haterade.

Good thought. PAT >>>> FG >>>> Punt >>>> Deep INT >>>> Red Zone INT >>> Regular INT >>>> Red Zone Fumble >>>> Regular Fumble >>>> Fumble/Pick 6.

Duh. But if its just those first three, win.

Is anyone in the NFCE going to make any noise in the playoffs? Likely no. But one of those teams will get the playoff spot, and the difference of draft picks are going to change wildly for the team who sputters into the playoffs.
I believe we’ve got a fighters chance. Depends on our O and whether we can move the ball without a few of our key players.

Course I’m also one of the most wildly optimistic Redskins posters too... so take that as you will.

Seahawks pass defense is ranked dead last in the NFL

Don’t see us passing much in the game other than short quick stuff relying on YAC, regardless AS or DH tbh. Likely see a lot of JD and they should use him more, they were pretty effective with the run game, even with how anemic our O looked against the Niners. In fact that was the only aspect of the O that was working.

Biggest thing I’m looking at is the health of the Hawks RG and Oline. That’ll help us with our strength, our front 4 getting pressure on Russ.

Correction....it is Shell, the RG position that’s iffy for Sun.

i think we should play to DH's strengths when he is passing the ball , scheme waaaaaaaay better then they did the first time with him in there and let him throw deep even if the TE has to chip . the main thing is give him clean pockets as much as you can and then his mechanics get better hence his throws get better

CDC will not be in there long or at all if he cant drive the ball and throw accurately

I can definitely appreciate that. I am the same way with the Hawks. I think in reality there are 31 NFL teams that are simply existing in Kansas City's league for at least this year, and maybe next year as well. They way to bridge the gap is through great drafting. Having draft picks is going to be key in improving rosters.

yeah I hate that mentality as well. I'm a Mariners fan and that was a lot of the talk after the 2001 season. That has been the worst franchise of any sport since that year. So many boneheaded moves made.

Haskins is not a check down QB like Alex. His strength is throwing the ball downfield. You are right, we do need to design an offensive scheme for Haskins that plays to his strengths. Unfortunately this is a difference scheme than what Turner designs for Alex. In any event, no matter who the QB, we have to find a way to get the ball more into McLaurin's hands. I get that he is being double teamed, but all great receivers are double teamed and teams still find a way to get them the ball.

I beg to differ as you apparently have not followed the Orioles. Worst by far!!!

And Sims Jr on fly sweeps, screens etc. These guys are dynamic with the ball in their hands.
