Maybe it is just because of the names but those are two dudes I think Seattle should take a look at. Having a combo Sewald, Reyes, Brash and Munoz is really a killer combo and even better even they can ever get Castillo to be consistent.

That makes even more sense if he was out. Just like Munoz. They got a great rehab squad and if he is signed there is zero rush and with the staff they have he wouldn’t be overtaxed whenever he could pitch. Although him having surgery on a frayed labrum instead of a torn one is concerning to me just from experience.I read Reyes is out awhile.
Reyes, 28, missed all of last season following surgery to repair his frayed right labrum, and president John Mozeliak recently said he doesn’t expect that the hard-throwing right-hander will be ready to pitch by the start of the new season.
