Saints. Winning the division comes before getting HFA. Plus SF only has one real tough game left ( against Seattle) and the Saints still have to play Carolina twice.

Last year, the Bears needed the Packers to beat the Vikings in Week 17 to make the playoffs, and I couldn't root for them. It was impossible. Not saying the 49ers vs Seahawks rivalry is as big or historic as the Bears vs Packers, but you get the point.

Without hesitation it's gotta be the Saints

49ers losing would mean they have at least 4 losses on their record. That would mean Seattle could lose both the New Orleans AND the San Fran game and still be able to win the NFC West at 13-3.

Locking down the NFC West means securing Seattle won't drop to #5 as a wild card. A guarantee at a #2 seed and no drop to #5 is better than a better chance at #1.

And plus, Seattle has a shot at the Saints in their home field. New Orleans also has to face Carolina two more times too. So there's a good chance New Orleans might finish the season with 4 losses as well.

I vote for the stadium to collapse during the opening kickoff and take out both teams.

But if that can't happen, I want SF to lose. Either of them will be deadmeat at CenturyLink, but it's always a good day when SF loses. It always triggers a panic meltdown over at the fairy princess castle aka 49ers board.

The saints home field advantage is almost as good as ours. I would hate to have to go down there as our last stop before the Super Bowl. I hate the niners, but at this point I think that having to play away at the saints in the playoffs would be much tougher of a match up for the hawks than playing the niners on the road. Plus even if the niners win we would still have to stumble very hard to end the season to give them the division.

Foolish comment on my behalf, just jive-talking, friendly banter, to try and interject some energy to this board. It is a great place but lacks in excitement and diminishes long conversations with so much propriety. Maybe because people have stopped arguing, if that is possible, or there is a high-tech troll-control feature. Trolls are good, they are like mutants, they provide idiocy and that is good for society.
