While I believe he has a case, the defense will argue that other pitchers had a similar number of pitch tipping trash can bangs, but it didn't adversely affect their performance. His case is then entirely circumstantial.

On the other hand, this keeps their cheating in the limelight, so maybe they settle to make this go away as quickly as possible.

Smart to go after the team and not individual players.

I know I'm replying to my own post, but I can't get over how different AJ Hinch looks in the clip of the press conference after the Yankees game compared to the interview. He looks like a different person. He looks a little older, but in a good way, smarter, very cocky. I think he needs to wear a baseball hat all the time whether he is managing or not.
