to follow up on this, reading some tweets that expect the players to finish their vote tonight, they'll sign the Memorandum of Understanding (whatever that is) and release the schedule early tomorrow morning

not sure that's the right one though, they were talking about moving to only 4 games against division opponents.. i also doubt if they did the split that the flyers wouldn't play the pens 5 times.. those games are marketing gold for the NHL

NHL has gone back to its schedule format from Thurs: 5 games vs. two div. opponents, 4 games vs. two div opp, and 3 vs. other 10 conf teams.

Yeah, apparently both teams wanted the extra home game so the NHL decided neither would get it lol.

Thanks, man. I had to take a break during the lockout. I still read articles but it made me angry that they couldn't come to an agreement for so long. I'm just glad it's over. Let's go Flyers!

There is going to be one brutal road trip in mid February though.
