Saw something in the game that bothers me

Not sure exactly when it occurred, but it WAS in the first half.

The Huskers were on offense. They ran one of those weak ass plays where Tito runs left, then dumps the ball to an outside receiver when the defense comes up to to make a play on him. He threw towards Bell, but it was a bad throw and was incomplete.

Here is what bothers me: After the incomplete you see Bell kind of gesturing like "C'mon man, you gotta lead me a little." Something else was said then Bell kind of shakes his head and taps out to leave the game. He looked very frustrated.

Did anyone else notice this?

Yes, saw that. It was play that I also thought Taylor was over line of scrimmage, thought that may have what Bell was signalling, but yours makes sense as well

I noticed Tito still can't throw for shit, we could have the top receiving corp in the entire country and it wouldn't even matter, we could teach them how to block for our QB draw play that we run frequently even though we have some of the best RB's, but they can just block for Tito too I suppose

The play was in the second quarter.

I was thinking Bell tapped out because a a bit earlier he had his ankle twinged when he was tackled and the defender twisted it some more on the ground.

I saw the play but I am pretty sure it was Turner, not Bell....

Turner has bitched in the past so it didn't surprise me.

If it's the play that I'm thinking of Taylor made the right read and swung it out to the sideline.....he was about to get smoked by a LB or Safetybor somethin.......it's basically an extended option play....

Anyways, the play that I'm thinking of is the one where the announcers pointed out that Turner wanted the ball out in front him more. He just dropped the pass was all.

The players all say that if they see something then they're to speak up and call people out, Tito shouldn't be off limits to the rules

I mean, the pass on that play in particular was absolutely perfect.....

I blame the coaches for not telling Taylor to run more. It seemed pretty obvious that Beck was putting him in situations to lob the ball up down field in attempt to score quickly.

Taylor does get worked up...no doubt. But part of that is because Beck gets more worked up than anyone else on the entire team when the tide starts to turn.

The play calling was HORRIBLE in the 2nd half. Should have been running it 80% of the time.

Let's be honest here, Beck is extremely limited on the plays he can call for our QB, other than hand the ball off to a RB, which yet still seems to be difficult
