Wait so what would Vegas do? Would the LA Chargers move again? No wait, the San Fran 49ers would move to Oakland, and then the Rams to San Fran, and then the Chargers would move back to San Diego for 1 year and then back to LA, and the Raiders exhausted at the whole process would go to Vegas.

It actually makes sense, they need a home for 1 year.

They would prefer to stay in Cali, the southwest somewhere,
and unless they wanted to play in the UNLV Sam Boyd stadium while the new stadium finishes, then SD makes sense.

Has the Sam Boyd idea been talked about? the stadium holds maybe around 35 or 40k,
not much smaller than the Chargers LA soccer stadium they been playing in out in LA.

They have to explore all options in case better venues fall through. They're talking to San Diego but I doubt it's in their top 4 of preferred venues.
