Wow if the Lions can step it up on defense I think they have a pretty good shot at this game.

Saint's defense is already looking tired and slow out there.

Lions O line has picked up every blitz thrown at them which is why Stafford is picking them apart.

Saint's don't impress me so far and even if the win this game it looks like we could hand it off to Gore 30 times next week.

All the credit to the Lions to this point in the game. They've come in and taken care of their business....remember Saints average something like 41 points at home. Long way to go though.....

I wish the 49ers could get a WR so good, that people would stubbornly say that Alex Smith hasn't improved, it's all the WR. Simply because, the end result would be awesome TD catches/passes.

Well if the Lions don't learn how to tackle than I have a hard time seeing them win this game.

All the Saint's D needs to do is dial back the blitzing a bit and put more into coverage to slow the Lions down a bit.
