Nebraska does not get to the QB and often the opponents QB has all the time in the world for a receiver to get open (which they do) or the QB to eventually take off for positive yardage. That plays a big part in Nebraska's defense not being able to get off the field.
Last season, Wyoming was 75th in Sacks Allowed. After one game this season they are #1 with ZERO.

I'm not sure where the problem is. Is it...
1. Lack of strength up front? (Dobson)
2. Lack of disengaging technique? (DL coach)
3. Scheme (contain)? (Papuchis/Bo)
4. Lack of talent? (Program)
If it's scheme, how can (Papuchis) Bo keep doing something that continually gives up huge yards anyway? Nebraska's defensive statistics are some of the worst in CFB 4 years running now.
Sacks
2008: 14th (Suh)
2009: T-2 (Suh)
2010: 45th
2011: 84th
2012: 48th
2013: 117th (aka dead last)
"Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."
