You're right, the PK unit for the Sabres had nothing to do with stopping the Flyers from scoring on the PP.

Not nearly as much as you're giving them credit for. We wouldn't be able to score a PPG on a street hockey pickup team right now -- so having a successful PK against us is nothing special.

I don't even think the Flyers can run-and-gun with themselves. They seem to be emotionally invested, but that has lead to some questionable decisions on the ice - especially by the d-men.
