What are we looking at here, 450 to 200 yards of offense in favor of Louisville. Meanwhile the Cards D has racked up 5 sacks and 4 INTs (all while playing subpar football tonight). Louisville is still easily a top 10 team.

Parker being out didn't help the Cards offense tonight. No need for a shootout however when you can dominate your opponent.

TD Louisville.

How does putting up yards and racking up stats (in a game they're barely winning against an unranked team) make them "easily a top 10 team?"

This game should not have been this close. At night, at home, against an average at best team. Not impressed.

Louisville is pretty overrated. I get that they have an easy schedule and likely won't lose more than 1-2 at most, but there are a lot of teams that are ranked behind them or not ranked at all that I think would take it to them.

I think they are a good team, but not great. I do agree that there are many teams behind them that would put a hurtin' on them in a hurry, not sure they would beat MSU or NW in the BIG.

Parker's out.....Cards by 14.

Yep.

Louisville D records 8 sacks, 4 INTs and allows a whopping 10 points. All on a down night from their offense. #6 Louisville in my book.

Many Florida fans felt the same way last season.

We'll find out come January.

Louisville is pretty good, but unless some upsets actually start happening, and Louisville will need a lot of them

Louisville's in a BCS bowl but not the Championship.

Rutgers does give Louisville a tough time no matter what though, and Rutgers did beat Arkansas.

Bridgewater doesn't have any Heisman hopes though, he didn't have the best of games against a Rutgers defense that Derek Carr ripped apart

and, btw, thanks for the Sparty love...

I'd go a bit further...to the point that I believe #23 NIU, #24 NEB and #25 VT would beat them.

s'matter of fact, the only top-25 team I think Louisville would beat is ranked #16.

I am entertained by the folks saying all these teams would put a hurting on Louisville without them taking the field against them

remember we ALL(including myself) thought Florida would put a hurting on Louisville in the Sugar Bowl last year, and it ended up being the opposite.

gee...more love for Sparty?

That was the worst Florida team since the late 80's.

2000 Citrus Bowl: MSU 37 - FLORIDA 34

was a great year for MSU...
4 months later MSU stomped FLORIDA 89-76 in Indianapolis for the NCAA NCG.

 jk :suds:

JV owns the A's. Ole Tigres! one more out.

I believe that's 30 scoreless innings vs. the A's in the ALDS (dating back to last season) for JV.

Sheesh.
