I read in the post-game notes on ESPN that Wilson and Luck are the first two quarterbacks in the Super Bowl era to win 10 or more games in a season in each of their first three seasons in the league.

If The Hawks win out then Russ will have averaged 12 wins per season his first 3 years. That should be a record that stands for some time. Most teams drafting QB's are in sorry shape so winning 12 a year for 3 years should stand for some time. Now we know that the Hawks Defense is the main reason Russ has this record but that still doesn't change it.
