Please stop! LOL... Yeah highest scoring team in NFL history at that point.

weird Moss was on the two best offenses ever ..... and both lost ... (Vikes then the Pats)

I actually liked the Vikes offense better because yall also ran the ball ... which probably lowered the total yards a game stat wise.

Same as before for me.
Jim Brown.
Emmitt Smith.
Walter/Eric/Earl/Bo/Barry/ any one of the others already mentioned in this and the other thread.

If I could pick a "prime" anyone - 1st overall in the history of the sport... Nobody has ever impressed me as much as Brown. He was ahead of his time. Destroyed would-be tacklers, and hurt many people (while carrying the ball)

I will just take Emmitt . Although I always thought Irvin was the central piece to the dynasty and made things go, Emmitt Smith was the man. Yes he had a great line, great qb, great WRs, but when he went down or didnt play, this team didnt win. Lassic and Sherman Williams were good backs but for some reason we never won.

For one game in his prime Give me Earl. The Oilers completely ran him in the dirt. The Vikes better be careful with AD if they want him to be around for another 3 or 4 yrs cause the carries are adding up and he's a one man show cause they have no qb.

Riggins isn't top 10, but if it's one season, the Cowboys still have nightmares.

I deleted the Juice from my list for lopping his wife's head off.

I put Juice on my list because he hadn't done that yet, we will act surprised later...

I think that was one of the 5 best offenses ever

Yeah, it was a fun ride up until that Atlanta game. To this day it's the only time I ever shed a tear over a game... I didn't cry my eyes out but they got watery!

The Atlanta game reminded me of another unstoppable offense that just had ''one of those days''. After the SD Chargers defeated Miami in the hook and ladder game(the greatest game ever IMO), they go up to play the Bengals in what looked like the North Pole at Christmas. If that game is played in warmer weather or in a dome, SD might have hung 50 on them

I remember the Chargers in that game . It was the 4th quarter and they were down like 14-0 with about 8 minutes left. Fouts face was so red from the wind and cold. They would just sit in the huddle. No urgency at all. It was like lets just get this over with

Yeah, the only game I can think of that was even close was 1994 Broncos - Chiefs Monday night, Montana vs Elway...
