I mostly listen to the weekly Capitals Report podcast for Caps' news. They do a really nice job and I like that if I send them an e-mail, it's almost a sure thing it makes it on the air.

My local paper has a reporter (Wayne Fish) who's been in tight with the Flyer's organization for years, so my info is pretty quick in coming.

Outside of that......(honestly) I used to watch the main board for Dash, Puck and a few others for solid rumors.
