Sounds like this trade has been discussed/worked for weeks. Finally sealed the deal today.

People can hate on Sean Payton all they want for a bad year with a roster he inherited but I've never felt better about a HC in Denver.

The more things settle in, the more I like what they're doing so far. Going to be some painful cuts this year.

When that young girl that announced Franklin's name stepped to the podium all I could think of was.... Please!!! sweet little angel!!!.. Just say the name Troy! Let me hear the name Troy! I heard her say Troy and it felt like an eternity to hear her say Franklin... I thought wait, am I missing another Troy here??? It was all slow motion for me!!

I hate Oregon too, but for the purity of my Bronco fanhood I will overlook such blemishes because - you know, Broncos. I love this photo because these fellows look intense. Also - will note Franklin has never looked to me like something that was going to break easily in the NFL - he just must have zero fat on him.

I love watching Oregon and Utah. Always two great teams to watch for NFL draft purposes.

It seems there are teams the Broncos like to draft from Utah - Iowa - Oregon - Michigan - Wisconsin and Missouri. Florida probably makes the list as well.

I wouldn't include Florida on the list. Other then that you pretty much got the recent pipelines.

Sometimes I look at it from the full 60 year prospective. Tim Tebow - Rickey Natiel - the 3rd rounder who was in the hospital = etc - etc. I also notice some of the UDFA's spent time with Florida.

We had the little run with Jarvis Moss and Marcus Thomas in the same year (Also signed Steven Harris undrafted that year)

Tyrie Cleveland the last UF player we drafted.

Lerentee McCray made our squad several years as an undrafted player.

Travis McGriff we took 3 rounds too early and he was a major bust.

We did have Gerard Warren after we signed all of the Browns DL that one year. Florida has been sorta sporatic.

Interesting that Paton attended more pac (1)2 games than most other conferences, and it showed up in the draft. Guess I'll pay more attention to that next year.

I mentioned this before but with so Caleb Williams, Penix and Nix (all being from the Pac 12) and QB being such a need this year it makes sense. When I saw us digging deep in Pac 12 selections this year I instantly thought of that.
