After Philly proved they could make money hand over fist from the draft site, there's no way it ever changes now. It's going to become a traveling cirque de soleil show.

The guy was the top athlete in the class - the Broncos have one of the top Oline coaches in the business - I hope it works out. I do like the way he turned his life around - still needs lessons on how to carry a baby.

Anyone else feel like this pick was a lot like Sylvester Williams?

Just sorta what you expected was going to happen. Unexciting, but needed?

Feels like in years past we could have gone several different directions but the year we took Williams and this year with Bolles we almost had no choice given our needs and what would be left the next time our pick rolled around.

Sounds like after the fact Bolles was the guy even if Howard was on the board. Someone from the top 8 would have had to drop to change their mind.

Just kind of weird Elway put all of his stock in Bolles being there. Doesn't seem like he had a plan at all on arguably one of the most important positions. Pretty reckless

Im sure they would've. What I'm saying is Elway went into the offseason with the notion he was going to find his answer, with arguably the most important position other than qb, at pick number 20. With a very specific person in mind. There is no argument that our offensive line was putrid and we shored it up with Leary. I'll hold out judgement on Watson. I just find it troublesome that was the game plan. Unless of course if you take the rumors of Stephenson or Ty actually being legit contenders for LT
