Reality.

Lose @ Pitt, beat Minn. Lose to Baltimore.

Kinda like at the beginning of the season, Cincinnati was considered a second class citizen in the division, and that we would be happy to finish 3rd right?

Sometimes when "reality" kicks in, it isn't exactly how you imagined it, now is it?

As long as you have Ben there is a puncher's chance. To me this might be the most important game for the Bengals in the last 24 years.

My view is a win in Pittsburgh would symbolize a changing of the guard. A loss and we still control our own destiny. We are in a superior position to you even with a loss. You still have two of three on the road while our last two are at home where we are 6-0. The only thing I am concerned with at this point is getting the best possible seed.

Until u win it all their is no changing of the guard. Win the division, a playoff game, and The SB then talk about the guard changing. Til then it's just the regular season

Nothing matters til the playoffs.

We came out of the bye and had a solid win at San Diego, who the week before had scored 41 points at Kansas City. Subsequently they scored 37 in a win over the Giants and then went to Denver and won Thursday. They scored 10 against our defense. We then came home and hung 42 on Indy who at the time had our same record at 8-4. We are on a two game streak in important games. We have three more important games. I expect nothing less than a top effort in all three.

We can't play the playoffs until we get there. Are u sure u are going to get there?

I am anything but sure we get there we have some hard games left. But we r as healthy as we have been all year anni like our odds.

We can beat Det whether we do or not I haven't a clue. I know this tho I'd u lose to Pitt Sunday that Det game will have a huge impact and we will know going in. Then we have A Gronkless NE team that has problems on the DL and at Baltimore I like our odds there too.

In thr final game I like our odds bc I don't believe in Dalton in a big game. I have no reason too.

I know where you can get 70/1 against the Ravens winning the Super Bowl. I can only get 14/1 on the Bengals.

You do realize there are 21 other players besides Dalton, plus special teams? They have overcome Dalton's bad games all year. There is nobody left on our schedule we can't beat even if Dalton doesn't play well. If he does, though, our chances get even better.

Why are you so worried about what the Bengals and their fans think?

Baltimore has a much higher chance of not even making the playoffs.

Lose @Det, win vs NE, Lose @Cin...where the Ravens are only 2-6 in their past 8 games in PBS going back to the 2005 season. Take into consideration how poorly the Ravens have played on the road, and how good the Bengals have played at home, to think the Ravens are coming into Cincy and just taking a win is silly.

Cleveland Browns vs. Cincinnati Bengals - Recap - November 17, 2013 - ESPN

That box score says otherwise. And before you even think about saying "It was against the Browns", consider the following:

1. Those same Browns split with the Ravens this season.

2. You can't really count any game this year against the Browns with Brandon Weeden started. So the Ravens beat one of the worst QBs in the history of the game but lost to a mediocre QB at best.

2b. Yes, the Bengals also split with Cleveland, but Brandon Weeden was nowhere to be seen in either game. If Brian Hoyer doesn't get hurt the Bengals and Browns are fighting over the division right now.

3. Dalton didn't exactly light it up against the Chargers either. He threw for less than 200 yards. That's not exactly what I would call "playing well".

The Bengals have defeated some top quarterbacks this season.

1) Brady
2) Stafford
3) Rodgers
4) Roethlisberger
5) Rivers

Andy Dalton started all those games. He only played well against Stafford. He was mediocre to poor in the rest of those games. So no, quarterback is not the only position that matters. You should know this more than anyone, since your team won a Super Bowl with Trent Dilfer for chrissakes. We have been proving all year that we are a formidable team with mediocre to poor quarterbacking. If he happens to get hot and play well come playoff time, then shut the front door.

Can't play in the playoffs like Dilfer anymore u will lose.

Can't convince me that Dalton or the Bengals can win a playoff game. Until they do the safe bet is they don't.Texans last year? Any questions?

Last year is all you refer to. This isn't last year. Since last year we have improved and you have declined. You will see.

Last year? I'm talking about since 1981. You haven't won a playoff game since 1981. Say what you want about Flacco he wins in the playoffs and u can downplay his stats all day but when the chips are down in the playoffs he is clutch.

Like I said win a playoff game then ring that bell u always wanted too til then it's still the regular season and it ain't over yet.
