I don't know how many readers we have here, but Tom Wolfe was one of my favorite authors of recent vintage.. The Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test, The Right Stuff, Bonfire of The Vanities... dead at 87. R.I.P.

The only one of his that I own outright is "From Bauhaus to Our House." Was a very formative text during my architecture phase
