He was a good football player i remember watching him play for the raiders in the early 90's Rip big guy!!!

Apparently a massive heart attack. So young! He was one of my favorite Raiders, a ferocious and tenacious pass rusher, kind of a throwback to the 60s/70s Raider mentality, and 4-time Pro Bowler. Also a class act off the field. Recently he'd been a D line coach at Stanford. My heartfelt condolences to his family and to the coaching staff and kids he worked with.
