IF he takes Roman Bills are in BIG trouble. Rex went to the same situation he had with the Jets. A team with a good D and no offense or no QB. Bills are drafting a QB 100%.

The Bills don't have a 1st or 4th round pick this year. Getting a quality QB this year is not in the cards unless they trade up yet again.

The BILLS a ton of young talented defensive players.


The JETS had a lot of older talented defensive players that faded after the first 2 years.


His running game/defense style can work if he has the players he needs on defense.

I think Rex is a great fit in Buffalo. Great defense, young Defense, and young talented WR's. Plus, he will make Bryce Brown a star.

I wanted Kubiak, but I'll take it. Rex is a good football mind/leader, and something tells me Roman was running the offense via Harbaugh. Rex and Roman have a history (Baltimore OC's together), so there's that.
